We accept all major credit cards and cash. A 10% state occupancy tax applies per night. Rooms are guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to 1 night stay held by credit card.
Because we are a small bed and breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree
to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.
Your deposit is refundable, providing notice of cancellation
is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date. Notification
must be made by telephone. Reservations made less
than seven (7) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
No Shows are charged full amount of stay. Early
departure falls within the cancellation policy. No Refunds due to
rain or snow or inclement weather unless our roads are
un-drivable.
Check-in is 4pm-7pm,
later check-ins by prior arrangement. Sorry no early
check-ins. Check-Out is 11:00am. 2 Night Minimum on special event weekends, and Race Weekends,
October Weekends. Race Weekends incur higher rates. Tax is 10%
