A hearty home-cooked breakfast is a tradition at The Claiborne House. The second “B” in bed and breakfast is important to us.
What’s Cookin’ Good Lookin’ – breakfast favorites include:
Fresh Strawberry topped French Toast, Western Omelets, Quiche Lorraine, Fresh Baked Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Pecan Pancakes, Blueberry Pancakes, Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, Rosemary Olive Oil Red Potatoes, Parmesan Potatoes, Cheesy Potato Pie, Hashbrowns, Muesli Pecan and Berry Parfait, Sausage, Ham, Bacon, Waffles, Orange Marmalade Coffee Cake, Banana Bread, Strawberries and Cream, Eggs Bennie en Croissant, Cheddar and Herb Scrambled Eggs, Fresh Fruit, Juice, Excellent Coffee (Dark Sumatra is our B&B blend), Premium Tea.
REMEMBER PORK IS THE BREAKFAST MEAT OF THE SOUTH, SORRY WE DON’T DO TOFU
Be sure to let us know in advance if you cannot eat pork or any of the basic breakfast ingredients (eggs are a basic breakfast ingredient).
~BREAKFAST IS SERVED IN THE DINING ROOM~
Breakfast is always cooks choice. With a full house we will encounter many different dietary needs, we will do our best to provide a delicious breakfast for everyone! Additional Breakfast Guest – $10 (plus applicable taxes), let us know the evening prior please. Usually served at 9AM. Coffee and tea is available before breakfast so you can sit out on the porch and enjoy!
If you would like breakfast delivered to your door – we offer that in two rooms: The Sierra Suite and The Wash House Cottage. Let us know at time of booking or select this option on your online reservation. The Sierra Suite has a pub table and The Wash House Cottage has an outside seating area.
