MORE THAN A ROAD - WEEKEND PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

COMING  THIS SPRING April 23-25th! Photography on the Parkway Weekend Workshop with your personal guide "Appalachian Naturalist, Nature Photographer and Author Fred First."  In celebration of the Blue Ridge Parkway's 75th Anniversary MORE THAN A ROAD - We will be offering hands on/in the field/on The Parkway photo workshops.

Do you wish to use your Point & Shoot or Digital SLR camera to get better nature photographs?  This weekend workshop will give you the opportunity to learn from a fantastic nature photographer and photograph some breathtaking images. 

You can learn by doing and receive immediate feedback while enjoying the hospitality at The Claiborne House.  Book your spot online - you will be given the option when you reserve on line to choose this package! Space is limited.  Meet Fred First here and read his bio here.

Photography on The Parkway Package includes:

• Two night stay (room of your choice)

• Check-in Dessert Reception

• Inncredible Breakfast in the morning 8am

• Class Begins at 9am as you head up to the Blue Ridge Parkway with Appalachian Naturalist & Nature Photographer Fred First for some personalized instruction and hands on guidance in the field (carpool or drive your own vehicle)

• A Gourmet Picnic Lunch (includes drinks and dessert) at Noon on The Parkway

• Shooting ends at 3pm with Fred or continue on at your leisure - provided will be a list of the leisurely hikes along the Parkway.  Download your images that evening back at the B&B.

• Sunday after Breakfast reconvene for discussion, photo critique and final rap up.
